As the
HSE (OHS) Manager
, you'll lead and sustain the
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance program
across all 2GO Business Units nationwide. You'll ensure that every site, team, and operation meets — and exceeds — regulatory and company safety standards.

Your leadership will drive a
culture of safety and accountability
, empowering teams to operate efficiently and responsibly while maintaining 100% compliance with OHS regulations. You'll guide the business through its OHS journey — from risk assessment and compliance validation to competency development and continuous improvement.

What you'll do (your mission)

1. OHS Compliance & Governance

  • Lead OHS compliance initiatives across all 2GO business units nationwide.
  • Ensure full adherence to
    occupational safety and health laws
    to avoid fines, penalties, or reputational risk.
  • Maintain 100% compliance on permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FSIC, Rule 1020, OSH Program, Workplace Policies, PTO).
  • Sustain reportorial obligations with DOLE (e.g., WAIR, AMR, AEDR, updated RSO, OSH Committee minutes).

2. OHS Program Implementation & Monitoring

  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve OHS programs and policies across all sites.
  • Develop project papers and action plans to upgrade existing OHS programs.
  • Manage and resolve OHS-related notices of inspection (NOI) and penalties through corrective and preventive actions.

3. Risk Management & Incident Prevention

  • Lead environmental and occupational risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Validate and guide business units in conducting
    Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Controls (HIRAC)
    .
  • Identify and address critical risks during EHS walkthrough inspections to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Ensure the presence and availability of certified
    Safety Officers (SO3)
    in each cluster to sustain compliance.

4. Continuous Improvement & Sustainability

  • Drive continuous improvement in OHS processes through proactive evaluation and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate employee training and competency development in OHS awareness, systems, and best practices.
  • Promote a company-wide safety culture that aligns with 2GO's operational and sustainability goals.

You're the perfect fit if you…

  • Hold a
    Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Technical, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Have at least
    5 years of experience
    in a
    manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
    environment.
  • Bring strong background in
    quality, health, safety, and environmental systems auditing
    (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO
  • Possess solid
    analytical, risk management, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Are skilled in
    training, facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning.
  • Have knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for occupational safety and environment management.
  • Are proficient in
    MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Have working knowledge of
    Quality and Environmental Management Systems
    (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015) and
    Integrated Management Systems Auditing.
  • Familiar with
    Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
    and
    Good Operating Practices (GOP).
