This is an on-site role based in Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Vacation Rental Coordinator to support our Australian vacation rental operations. This is an operational role, focused on daily guest communications, OTA listing management, pricing updates, and vendor coordination.

You must have direct experience managing Airbnb, VRBO, , and Expedia listings using Guesty (Pro or Host) or similar PMS. This is not a management/strategic position. We are looking for someone who thrives in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Communications – Respond promptly to guest enquiries, booking requests, cancellations, and pre-arrival messages.
  • Listing & OTA Management – Keep Airbnb, VRBO, , and Expedia listings accurate, updated, and well-presented via Guesty.
  • Pricing & Revenue Updates – Adjust nightly rates, monitor competitor pricing, and maintain occupancy goals.
  • Vendor Coordination – Schedule and follow up with cleaners, utilities, and maintenance to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in short-term rental property management.
  • Proficiency with Guesty Pro or Guesty Host (or similar PMS/channel manager).
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and backend operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with time-sensitive tasks.

  • Seamlessly managing guest communications across Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, and
  • Coordinating vendors for smooth turnovers and guest-ready properties.
  • Onboarding new properties efficiently, including utility setup and listing creation.
  • Maintaining service quality while handling multiple properties and tasks.
