Overview
We are looking for Admin/Liaison Officer na tutulong para maging smooth ang operations ng department. Ang trabaho ay mix ng clerical, admin, at coordination tasks. Importante ang good communication at teamwork, in line with our goal of building a Smart Sustainable City gamit ang modern technologies at innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Magbigay ng friendly at efficient service na laging lampas sa expectations ng clients.
- Mag-handle ng pick-up at delivery ng packages, documents, at iba pang items sa tamang locations base sa instructions.
- Mag-asikaso ng bank-related documents (application, collection, processing) para sa company.
- Siguraduhin ang tamang address at transportation details bago mag-deliver o pick-up.
- Magplano at pumili ng pinaka-efficient na route araw-araw base sa workload.
- Gumawa ng extra tasks kapag may utos ang supervisors o management.
- Tumulong sa renewal at maintenance ng company leases (office at residential units) at siguraduhing naasikaso bago mag-expire.
- Gumawa at mag-submit ng reports tulad ng liquidation reports.
- Mag-maintain ng company vehicles (inspection, cleaning, at pagtiyak na in good condition).
- Maghatid ng documents, packages, at materials securely between locations.
- Mag-drive ng company vehicles para ihatid ang clients at visitors sa iba't ibang destinations.
- Magbigay ng admin at clerical support (photocopy, print, file documents).
- Tumulong sa daily tasks ng ibang staff kung kinakailangan.
- Mag-maintain ng updated contact list ng business partners.
- Mag-facilitate ng meetings at projects kasama ang ibang departments.
- Makipag-coordinate sa HR, Admin, at ibang departments para sa document delivery at related tasks.
- Magbigay ng support sa new at existing employees para sa work-related needs.
- Tumulong mag-asikaso ng issues sa vehicle registration at renewal.
Requirements
- At least Associate's Degree (college level).
- Minimum 2 years experience sa similar or related role.
- Marunong mag-drive ng manual at automatic vehicles.
- May valid driver's license para sa motorcycle at 4-wheeled vehicles (clean record).
- Magaling sa written at verbal communication.
- Marunong makipag-build ng good professional relationships.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, at self-driven.
- May analytical at numerical skills para sa reports at data analysis.
- May alam sa traffic laws at road safety regulations.
- May experience sa admin at clerical work.
- Advantage kung may experience bilang driver/messenger.
- Preferably may sariling motorcycle.
Job Type: Full-time
