Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admin Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in human resources operations and practices. As an Admin Intern, you will assist our Admin department in various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with clerical work.
- Manage and update company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
- Help organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
