Job Summary

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for logging all flight-related expenses and entries into QuickBooks. This is a focused, task-specific role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and maintaining clean, organized financial records. The job does not involve broader accounting tasks—just accurate entry and categorization of flight-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and categorize all flight-related transactions into QuickBooks
  • Ensure accuracy in dates, flight numbers, and associated costs
  • Reconcile entries against internal records
  • Maintain clean and organized records within QuickBooks
  • Communicate with the client to clarify missing or unclear entries as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (1 year minimum)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Previous experience with expense logging or travel-related bookkeeping is a plus
