We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to support a US-based executive. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in research, writing, and basic math, and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to streamline work and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online research on various topics, summarize findings, and present clear, concise reports.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and written documents with a professional tone.
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create drafts, automate tasks, and generate content or ideas.
  • Perform basic data analysis and math-related tasks (e.g., budgeting, expense tracking, report calculations).
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and project documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with US-based clients, partners, and vendors when needed.
  • Assist with personal errands, online purchases, and other administrative requests.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT or similar AI tools for productivity and writing tasks.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for simple math and data tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with US business culture and time zones.
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Creative writing or content creation background is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning skills for new tools and apps.
