Aircon Maintenance Technician

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Aircon Maintenance Technician who will handle the cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance of various types of air-conditioning units. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical skills and hold an NC II certification in Refrigeration and Airconditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain split-type, window-type, and inverter air-conditioning units.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning AC units.
  • Perform freon charging, leak testing, and resolve common AC issues.
  • Replace defective components such as capacitors, fan motors, compressors, filters, and other related parts.
  • Install new units and conduct pull-out of old units when required.
  • Ensure proper and safe electrical connections and refrigerant handling.
  • Perform on-site emergency and corrective repairs as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in all assigned work areas.
  • Prepare and submit service reports when required.

Qualifications:

  • With NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Airconditioning (Required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in AC maintenance and repair (experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting inverter and non-inverter units.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to be deployed at South Caloocan.
  • Can start as soon as needed.
