Aircon Maintenance Assistant

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Aircon Maintenance Assistant who will support technicians in the maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repair of air-conditioning units. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a maintenance assistant and know how to drive four-wheel vehicles with a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining window-type, split-type, and inverter air-conditioning units.
  • Support in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under the supervision of the AC technician.
  • Help in installing, pulling out, and transporting aircon units and equipment.
  • Assist in freon charging, leak testing, and checking unit performance (as directed by technician).
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are complete and properly organized.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Perform other technical and maintenance-related tasks as needed.
  • Drive the company vehicle (4 wheels) when required for on-site service or material transport.

Qualifications:

  • With experience as a Maintenance Assistant (required).
  • NC II is NOT required.
  • Knowledgeable in basic aircon cleaning and general maintenance work.
  • Knows how to drive 4-wheel vehicles with valid driver's license.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
  • With good work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan.
  • Can start ASAP.
