What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning system issues
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive services on air conditioning equipment
  3. Install new air conditioning units and systems
  4. Repair and replace air conditioning components as needed
  5. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance
  6. Maintain detailed records of all work performed
  7. Comply with all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience as an Aircon Technician (entry level) or 3+ years (associate level)
  2. Technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical components
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Excellent customer service orientation
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  7. Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration repairs is preferred
