Accountabilities:
- Daily Toolbox Meeting
- Customer Concerns
- Customer Retention
- Click Up Monitoring and Updating (Status, Employee Position, Employee Sub- Position, Date Active, Payout Details)
- Customer Performance Appraisal
- Preparation: Back to work order, Leave form, Incident Report (IR) (Minor Offenses) Notice to Explain (NTE), and Notice of Decision (NOD), Authority to Deduct (ATD) Form and Attachments, and Offboarding documents.
- Client Concerns
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance
- Onsite incident handling (initial information): Damage/ Lost Breakage Report (LBR)
- Person-in-Charge Training and Coordination
- Timekeeping: Daily Time Record (DTR) Collation; Customer Payroll Concerns (100% solve payroll concerns); WISE and HRPro Management; Sending to payroll 3 days before payout; Format issues Zero (0) Customer Affected; Payout additional- Zero (0) Customer Affected; Payout Adjustment- Zero (0) Customer Affected
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Human Resource, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and other related courses.
- Preferably with motorcycle.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- First Aid training and certification as a Safety Officer are considered an advantage.
- No or with experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required.
