OVERALL PURPOSE

Manages the work performance of Branch Treasury personnel and sees to it that everyone follows Treasury guidelines and policies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Control Function

● Institute security measures to safeguard cash collections and all confidential information.

● Ensure all collections are remitted to the bank's pick up teller daily.

● Spot audit treasury room on cash collections, petty cash fund, change fund, security fund, diesel fund, etc.

● Update & report to Senior Treasury Auditor any incidents that come up during his visits to the branches.

4. Recruitment: Ensure to have complete and competent Plantilya of store treasuryand recommend competent Store Treasury personnel for new branches

5. Accounting Function: Z-Readings are properly filed by treasury room for BIR spot checking purposes and columnar notebooks where daily sales per terminal are properly recorded.

6. Communicate functional changes to all Store Treasury personnel, and to checkout supervisors and cashiers through Sales Manager of Operations.

7. Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Senior Treasury Auditor.

Qualification:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

*Willing to work on site and to rove in different branches - Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba, San Pablo & Lipa
