Civil Foreman

Workforce and task management

• Assign daily tasks to crew members and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate construction crew members.
• Address and resolve conflicts among workers.

Safety and compliance

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used.
• Inspect the site for hazards and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with legal and governmental regulations.

Quality and execution

• Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Ensure the correct materials are used and prevent wastage or misuse.

Resource management

• Coordinate the use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure materials and tools are available, functional, and properly stored.
• Request materials and report shortages.

Reporting and communication

• Report daily progress, accomplishments, and challenges to management.
• Maintain accurate records, such as daily logs, time sheets, and incident reports.
• Communicate instructions and updates between workers, supervisors, and clients.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
