This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

  • 20 hours per week

  • Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT)

Scope:
  • Part-time position starting at minimum 20 hours per week

  • Remote work arrangement with potential for growth

  • Focus on backend administrative support rather than client-facing activities

  • Opportunity to help establish foundational systems for a growing business

  • Potential for role expansion as business scales

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Excel sheets and templates for business operations

  • Set up and manage CRM system to track incoming, outgoing, and in-progress jobs

  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations

  • Create formulas and automated calculations in Excel for quoting and business processes

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support both the business owner and project manager

  • Help organize and maintain digital filing systems and templates

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to create formulas and complex spreadsheets

  • Experience with CRM platform or similar project management tools

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

  • Administrative experience supporting multiple team members

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Located in Malaysia, Japan, or Philippines (preferred for time zone alignment with Melbourne, Australia)
