This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
20 hours per week
Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT)
Part-time position starting at minimum 20 hours per week
Remote work arrangement with potential for growth
Focus on backend administrative support rather than client-facing activities
Opportunity to help establish foundational systems for a growing business
Potential for role expansion as business scales
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Excel sheets and templates for business operations
Set up and manage CRM system to track incoming, outgoing, and in-progress jobs
Perform data entry tasks to support business operations
Create formulas and automated calculations in Excel for quoting and business processes
Assist with administrative tasks to support both the business owner and project manager
Help organize and maintain digital filing systems and templates
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to create formulas and complex spreadsheets
Experience with CRM platform or similar project management tools
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Administrative experience supporting multiple team members
Fluent English communication skills
Located in Malaysia, Japan, or Philippines (preferred for time zone alignment with Melbourne, Australia)
