Unity Communications seeks a detail-loving, proactive accountant to join our team and help keep our finances in top shape. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of all things financialfrom invoices and reconciliations to end-of-year reporting and everything in between.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Monitor bills, process payments, and manage expenses
- Record transactions on QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and verify financial accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, contribute to financial analysis, and generate reports
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed to support the team
What You Must Possess
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy (required)
- Experience working effectively in a remote setup (required)
- Strong grasp of accounting principles with at least one year of experience in general accounting (required)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and a knack for numbers (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision (required)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English (required)
- Reliable team player with a commitment to accuracy and excellence (required)
- Familiarity with (a plus)
- Audit training and/or experience (a plus)
