About the Role
Location: Any area within Luzon
Role Type: Full-time
Department: Sales - General Trade
Reporting to: Group Sales Manager
As a Jr. Sales Representative (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will play a key role in driving business growth by opening new accounts, reactivating dormant ones, and supporting the implementation of sales programs. You will gather market and customer insights through research to guide strategic decisions and ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives within your assigned territory. Additionally, you will conduct territory mapping and market surveys to identify new business opportunities and potential account prospects in your area.
Other requirements include the following:
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Willing to be assigned to any area within Luzon
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Valid motorcycle license is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Your training journey:
- A comprehensive two-month paid training program designed to equip you with the fundamentals of customer development and field sales with performance-based evaluations to qualify for deployment as a full-time employee.
- All work-related expenses covered during training and deployment
