Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) will provide support to the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge in FDAS solutions, and the ability to handle multiple sales activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare, review, and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents for FDAS projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer communications.
  • Track and update sales pipelines, leads, and opportunities using CRM or internal tools.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, technical documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends relevant to FDAS solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, fire codes, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FDAS, security systems, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and relevant standards is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
