  • Monitors and controls the operation of the facility, equipment and system in the building which are connected to the BMS such as:

o Air conditioning plant

o Air Handling Unit

o Fan Coil Unit

o Pumps

o Fans and Blowers

o Generator Sets

o Synchronizing Switchgear

o Lightings

o Fire Alarm System

o Pumps

o Lightings

o Fire alarm System

o Sprinkler System

  • Generates technical report of the operation parameters of the facility, equipment and systems.
  • Analyses generated report based on the standard parameters setting of facility, equipment and system
  • Physical inspection of control points of facility, equipment, and system if mounting of sensing elements and control boxes are in good condition.
  • Annual audit of the functional capability of the BMS System · Accomplishes logbook to record unfavorable reports monitored during the operation and taken from the generated report.
  • Report of equipment and control in case of breakdown.
  • Making the BMS are environmentally clean at all times.
  • Submit monthly report of BMS operation.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by your immediate superior from time to time.
