Job Title:
Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

Location: BGC, Taguig City (100% onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: May include night and/or weekend shifts as needed

Seeking a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in enterprise Windows environments and endpoint security. This role provides 3rd-level remote support and proactive workstation management across a large, distributed infrastructure—including corporate offices, plants, and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 24/7 remote support for Windows 10/11 clients across thousands of endpoints

  • Apply security patches, troubleshoot escalated issues, and manage workstation health

  • Engineer and support Citrix Workspace virtual PCs in Azure cloud environments

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve complex infrastructure and application issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Tier 3 Desktop Support or Engineering roles

  • Strong command of PowerShell, VBScript, Active Directory GPOs, Intune or Radia

  • Proven ability to manage and secure large-scale Windows deployments

  • Familiarity with WMI, BitLocker, .NET, Java, file system rights, and printing issues

  • Solid understanding of networking (DHCP, DNS, IP), Citrix, and webpage troubleshooting

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or equivalent experience

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
