Job Title: Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

Location: Taguig

Work Schedule: Includes 24x7 remote support and on-call rotation

Employment Type: 6 months contract

Job Overview

We're looking for a Windows Client Security Administrator with strong experience in desktop engineering and enterprise-level support. This role focuses on remote workstation management, security patching, and advanced troubleshooting across a large, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support for Windows workstations across corporate offices, plants, and retail locations
  • Monitor and manage systems using tools like PowerShell, Intune, and Active Directory GPOs
  • Apply security patches and updates to ensure system protection
  • Handle 3rd-level escalation for desktop software and OS issues
  • Troubleshoot complex problems involving multiple teams and technologies
  • Support Citrix Workspace and Azure-based virtual environments
  • Maintain documentation and respond quickly to security threats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years in tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments
  • Experience with PowerShell, VB Scripting, Intune, Radia, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with WMI, Windows Installer, BitLocker, networking protocols, and file system rights
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting
