About the role

Foodflow Inc. is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This full-time position is crucial in maintaining and repairing the cooling systems that are essential to our food processing and storage operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
  • Install new refrigeration and HVAC systems as required
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
  • Maintain detailed records of all work completed
  • Collaborate with the wider facilities team to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical qualification in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a refrigeration and/or HVAC technician
  • Strong working knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, components and troubleshooting techniques
