About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Travel Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic travel operations team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers, providing seamless support and expert guidance across booking, ticketing, and itinerary management. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, and chat
  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars using
    Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
    such as Sabre or Amadeus
  • Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules
  • Respond promptly to traveler inquiries, resolve booking issues, and provide accurate travel information
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences and timely issue resolution

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel customer service or GDS-based booking environments
  • Proficiency in at least one major GDS platform (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and refund procedures
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service
