Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers.
  • Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS.
  • Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus) in a BPO setting.
  • Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
