QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Wlling to be assigned in the Head Office (Bangkal, Makati City)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimates (Rehash) and orders DMCI supplied materials, ensures timely delivery and monitors inventory of OSM and subcontractor materials
  • Review plans/drawings and ensures correct implementation
  • Manages / Coordinates with Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor
  • Participates on toolbox meeting and ensures safe work practices are implemented
  • Monitors productivity of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor
  • Secures approval of shop drawings prior to implementation
  • Checking of As-Built plans and ensuring accuracy of submitted As-Built
  • Reconciles change order and closing of account with the Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
  • Billing evaluation of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
