Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Department. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all mechanical works related to air-conditioning, smoke control, and fire protection systems for new store constructions and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ongoing construction and renovation projects for all mechanical works.
  • Review and handle submission of mechanical documents such as plans, BOMs, and permits.
  • Approve and evaluate material specifications for mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical installations.
  • Ensure BFP compliance and address all mechanical-related concerns.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and monitor material deliveries to site.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (required).
  • With experience in construction or building services projects (aircon, fire protection, mechanical systems).
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and mechanical plans interpretation.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and project monitoring skills.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
