Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEFS – Swimming Pool) is responsible for the planning, design, installation, and supervision of all mechanical and plumbing systems related to swimming pool construction projects. This includes ensuring the proper integration of filtration, circulation, heating, and sanitation systems in accordance with design standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the mechanical and plumbing works specific to swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters, piping, valves, heaters, and water features.
  • Review and evaluate design drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed material take-offs, cost estimates, and schedules for swimming pool mechanical works.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and civil teams to ensure proper integration of swimming pool systems into the overall project.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of pool equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans.
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare as-built drawings, reports, and documentation for turnover and client approval.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for pool system components and technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical works, with at least 2 years focused on swimming pool systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of pool filtration, water circulation, chemical dosing, heating, and control systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and mechanical design software.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
