POSITION: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve overall organizational effectiveness. This role involves collaboration with HR, management, and employees to create an engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being, productivity, and retention.
  • Design, implement, and manage programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness programs, and social events.
  • Develop and distribute engaging internal communications, including newsletters, surveys, and announcements.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning opportunities focused on employee engagement and professional growth.
  • Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with overall organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or a related role.
  • Skills
    : Strong interpersonal and communication skills , Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Photoshop, survey tools, and other relevant software.
  • Can do hosting with medium to large scale of employees.
  • Willing to work
    ONSITE at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
