Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory costs
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier and vendor payments
  • Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial strategies
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics and distribution initiatives
  • Optimize financial systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a distribution or logistics company
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
