Position Summary:
The support service personnel shall provide assistance and support to the New Business Ventures function of the Office of the President & CEO in the preparation and implementation of plans and programs intended to ensure the prompt and easy entry and registration of business locators, as well as support the smooth and seamless operation of existing business locators, within the Clark Civil Aviation Complex (CCAC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Records and organizes incoming and outgoing correspondences and ensures that all outgoing correspondences related are timely transmitted and feedback from receivers are noted.
Carries-out administrative duties and clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and others related to the Asset Disposition Program.
Maintains and updates the physical and electronic database of the office related to the Asset Disposition Program.
Develops filing and retrieving system for all communications.
Assists in drafting correspondences, reports, and/or documents upon receipt of instructions from the manager.
Coordinates all activities, directives, instructions, and/or other communications to the members of the Asset Disposition Program as well as with the concerned departments as instructed.
Assists in the preparation of logistics requirements and documentary requirements for the facilitation of the activities, meetings, and/or events.
Assists in the facilitation of the process on liquidation, reimbursement, cash advance, and others related to the activities.
Updates the schedule/calendar of the department and the Asset Disposition Program.
Assists in the preparation of the minutes of the meeting of the department and the Asset Disposition Program.
Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24,300.00 per month
