ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Handle petty cash fund
  • Responsible for check preparation and releasing
  • Primarily involved in bank transactions (encashment, bank transfer, others as instructed)
  • Prepare reports (payables, profit and loss per project, export and local sales)
  • Handle fixed asset record (tools and machineries, office equipment, furniture and fixture)
  • Prepare accountability report for each employee and department
  • Responsible in checking and releasing of production payroll
  • Prepare and file monthly taxes (EFPS), withholding tax 1601C, 2550M and 2550Q VAT
  • Prepare and post monthly benefits (E-GOV/EPRS) SSS, PHIC, HDMF
  • Post receipts from payables and cash purchases to Quickbooks
  • Performs other related clerical activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1-2 years related experience
  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably not more than 35
  • Can work under pressure, flexible and able to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in EFPS, E-GOV system or Quickbooks is a big plus
  • 16-20,000
  • CAN START ASAP

Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
