SUMMMARY:This position supports departmental operations; responsibilities include reading and interpreting utility bills and researching account details for the accurate data entry of on-going, resource and historical bills.LOCATION:Mabalacat, PampangaWork Set-Up:On-sitePRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Read and interpret utility bills; research account details for the accurate data entry of on-going, resource and historical bills.Research and resolve account number/meter number changes.Review invoices for address change confirmation.Communicate / interface with internal customers to ensure data integrity.Indentification and research of billing situations requiring immediate attention or further actions.Assist in sorting / opening of incoming mail.QualificationsEducation/Certification/KnowledgeRequires a high school diploma or GED.Minimum 1 year prior job experience, preferred.Skills/Abilities:Must have solid computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.Must have 10-key by touch, with a minimum of 9500 keystrokes per hour, with accuracy rating of 99% or above.Must be a team player who is detail oriented, dependable and adaptable.Must be flexible with schedule and available for overtime work as needed, including some weekends.Ability to stay focused with repetitive type of work.Other combinations of experience/education may be considered.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork schedules vary depending on department needsPerforming duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs occasionally and may be requiredTraveling off-site to a local event occurs rarely and may be requiredIncumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones, office machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employeeRequired Physical AbilitiesAbility to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of timeManual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documentsSufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paperAdequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephoneAbility to lift and carry a stack of forms and documents weighing up to 15 poundsBusiness Unit: GBU Local Energy InfrastructuresDivision: SRMLegal Entity: ENGIE IMPACT PHILIPPINES, INC.Professional Experience: Junior (experience < 3 years)Education Level: High School Diploma/GED/A Levels
