Job Summary:

The Project Manager – Civil Engineer will lead, plan, and oversee the successful execution of the Cavite State University (CvSU) construction project in Cavite. Responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and delivering the project on time and within budget. The role includes handling permits, site supervision, quality control, cost management, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.

Job Qualification:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)

  • With at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing vertical construction projects, preferably in school buildings or government infrastructure

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural standards, and project management principles

  • Can design, read plan, estimate and assist procurement officer for technical clarification.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with LGUs and other stakeholders

  • Knowledgeable of MS Office, Civil/ Architectural Design Tools and Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Sketchup, Revit, Primavera and other software is an advantage.

  • Willing to be assigned full-time to the project site in Cavite

  • With driver's license is an advantage.
