Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO and Google Ads to join a creative agency. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the agency's digital marketing strategy, directly influencing business growth and client offerings. You'll serve as the go-to expert, guiding the internal team, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring best practices are implemented across SEO and paid advertising initiatives.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: PHP
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours
  • Schedule: Part-time (flexible schedule during client's business hours)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation across WordPress-based websites with full backend access
  • Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable results
  • Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide strategic insights
  • Transform analytics data into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions
  • Optimize existing high-quality content by incorporating SEO best practices and relevant keywords
  • Guide and educate the internal creative team on digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance and website analytics, providing regular reporting and insights
  • Collaborate directly with agency leadership to align digital marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and strategy
  • Advanced SEO knowledge with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and rankings
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for data analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and backend optimization techniques
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently and take initiative without extensive oversight
  • Excellent communication skills to mentor and guide team members on digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO implementation
  • Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
