Role Overview:

We're seeking a detail-driven Compliance Officer to ensure that the company operates within legal, and regulatory. This role is all about reducing risk, enforcing standards, and keeping operations clean, accountable, and audit-ready.

You'll work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure company practices align with current laws and internal procedures. You'll also help build and maintain a culture of compliance across the team—one that values transparency, accountability, and doing things right.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Oversight

  • Lead and enforce internal policies, procedures, and documentation standards
  • Manage the claims and incident process from end to end
  • Conduct internal checks to ensure operational and legal compliance
  • Handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and sound judgment

Project Management

  • Track timelines, ownership, and deliverables across ongoing company projects
  • Set up and maintain simple systems to keep teams accountable
  • Help leadership translate goals into action and follow through
  • Keep key initiatives visible, documented, and moving

Bookkeeping & Admin

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses)
  • Support financial reporting and budgeting workflows
  • Maintain organized digital records for easy access and audits
  • Work closely with external accountants as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–3 years experience in operations, compliance, finance, or admin roles
  • Super organized, dependable, and process-driven
  • Strong in spreadsheets, numbers, and documentation
  • Can handle sensitive info with discretion and maturity
  • Clear communicator — written and verbal
  • Confident working across departments and managing multiple workstreams
  • Familiar with bookkeeping software, compliance tools, or project trackers (bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
