About the role

We are looking for a full-time Service Office Admin Assistant to join our team in Iligan City. In this key role, you will provide support to our busy service office, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a wide range of administrative tasks and responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
  2. Preparing and processing invoices and other sales-related documentation
  3. Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and filing systems
  4. Providing support for ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative and marketing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality work
  6. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
