Officer In-Charge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Officer In-Charge to join our team at SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION'. This full-time position is based in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte and will play a crucial role in managing our student services operations.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our student services department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Managing a team of student services professionals, providing guidance, support and mentorship
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the student experience
• Liaising with academic departments and stakeholders to identify and address student needs
• Maintaining accurate records and data, and generating reports as required
• Participating in the planning and execution of student-focused events and initiatives
• Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the overall quality of our student services

• Extensive experience in a student services or similar role, preferably in the education industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
