Job Summary – Local Store Marketer (Ramen Nagi PH)

The Local Store Marketer (LSM) plays a vital role in driving guest traffic, boosting sales, and strengthening Ramen Nagi's brand presence at the store level. As the face of the brand in the community, the LSM is responsible for executing localized marketing initiatives that highlight Ramen Nagi's authentic ramen experience while engaging with customers, nearby establishments, and community partners.

The role focuses on building meaningful connections with offices, schools, residential communities, and local organizations to create awareness and loyalty for Ramen Nagi PH. The LSM also supports in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events that enhance customer engagement and contribute to the restaurant's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase guest traffic and store sales.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, offices, and community organizations to promote Ramen Nagi PH.
  • Organize and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and special events.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and national campaigns.
  • Manage local store visibility through grassroots marketing and digital platforms (where applicable).
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities to drive continuous improvement.
