Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, encoding, and filing insurance documents, policies, and claims.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and other insurance-related files.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal departments to follow up on required documents and information.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., tracking sheets, summaries, logs).
  • Perform data entry with high accuracy to support underwriting, claims, and policy management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding insurance policies and processes.
  • Support the team in monitoring policy renewals, payments, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare administrative paperwork, letters, and communication materials as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client information and insurance documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, spreadsheets, and data organization required).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn insurance processes.
  • Experience in an insurance or administrative role is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.
