Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Associate to support the growth and execution of our affiliate marketing program. This role is responsible for recruiting and managing affiliate partners, tracking performance, and assisting in campaign execution across digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners

  • Manage daily communication with affiliates and track their status and progress

  • Monitor affiliate performance and generate regular reports for the PR Manager

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align affiliate efforts with ongoing brand campaigns

  • Assist in developing creative materials, briefs, and brand guidelines for affiliates

  • Ensure accurate tracking, timely deliverables, and resolution of affiliate-related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Interest in marketing, influencer marketing, or public relations

  • Familiarity with key social media and e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent coordination, organization, and attention to detail
