Position Overview:

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and an understanding of the cosmetics industry's fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Assist the Marketing Director in other marketing initiatives and special projects as required, but not limited to new campaigns, brand partnerships, and product development support.
  • Manage project timelines for marketing campaigns, product launches, and supporting promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with creatives, product development, sales, and external suppliers to align deliverables.
  • Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant to the SOPs

Documentation and Reports

  • Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and progress reports.
  • Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Prepare, process, and monitor all marketing orders, requests, and payment documents for marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for budget alignment and compliance.
  • Assist in tracking, reconciling, and reporting on marketing expenses and budgets.
  • Compile financial and activity reports after events and campaigns.

Administrative Support and Collaboration

  • Support the execution of events, influencer collaborations, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, file management, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners for documentation and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative, finance, or marketing support experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetics or FMCG.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with budget management and basic accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
