RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the packaging industry.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales plans and strategies, and by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations, and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including customer service, production, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system, and follow up on leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work long hours if necessary.
  • A positive and friendly attitude towards customers, as well as a strong customer service mindset.
  • Preferably, able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and possess a driver's license.
  • Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales within the packaging industry or a related field.
  • Willing to work on-site in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
