About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Modena Motorsports Inc' as a Sales Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales, and contributing to the continued growth of our business. Based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work within the thriving sales and account management industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact for allocated accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products/services
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
  • Knowledge of the sales and account management industry, including best practices and trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
