I'm looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and independent Virtual Assistant to fully run and automate my Skool community. Your job is to grow the membership, increase engagement, and keep the community active, valuable, and profitable — all without needing constant direction froUpgrade to see actual info.

You'll be in charge of daily operations, lead generation, member communication, and content posting. This role is perfect for someone who understands online communities, marketing, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Automation & Management

• Welcome every new member and guide them through onboarding.

• Respond to questions, keep discussions active, and provide value daily.

• Post daily or weekly content using my brand voice (you'll get templates to start).

• Remove spam, monitor inappropriate behavior, and keep the community clean.

• Organize events, Q&As, polls, or challenges to boost engagement.

• Collect feedback froUpgrade to see actual infombers and suggest improvements to increase retention.

Lead Generation & Membership Growth

• Research and find new leads (via Facebook Groups, IG, TikTok, etc.).

• DM leads with outreach scripts to convert them into Skool members.

• Follow up with leads regularly and track conversions in a spreadsheet or CRM.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services (e.g., credit repair, coaching, courses).

• Help run referral programs or incentives to attract new subscribers.

Content & System Support

• Repurpose my existing videos or posts into Skool content.

• Suggest and schedule weekly post ideas (motivational tips, wins, challenges, etc.).

• Organize community content into modules and resources.

• Track member engagement and report weekly on activity and growth.

• Create basic graphics using Canva (optional, but a plus).

Requirements:
1. Excellent English & Communication Skills
You'll be the voice of the community — professionalism, clarity, and friendliness are key.
2. Experience with Online Communities
Previous experience managing or moderating groups in Skool, Facebook Groups, Upgrade to see actual info, Kajabi, etc., is highly preferred.
3. Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented
You should take ownership of growth and engagement. This role requires independent thinking and the ability to suggest and implement improvements without needing to be told what to do.
4. Familiarity with Tools or Willing to Learn

• Skool (or quick to learn it)

• Google Sheets

• Canva

• Notion or Trello (for tracking tasks)

• ChatGPT (for idea generation and scripting help)

Compensation & Growth:

• Starting at $5/hour

• Performance-based raises and bonuses for hitting milestones (e.g. new sign-ups, engagement metrics)

• Long-term opportunity with more responsibility as the community scales

• Potential to grow into a Community Growth Manager role with higher pay
