Job description

  • Executes sales plans and strategies to support sales target;
  • Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting 10-15 outlet visitations;
  • Performs and checks feasibility study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
  • Monitors competitor's marketing activities;
  • Prepares and submits summary of attendance per cut - off schedule and weekly sales report;
  • Monitors bad orders/left overs/wrong forecasting and recommends corrective actions;
  • Monitors operations expenses and recommends cost – reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and standards;
  • Recommends outlet activities and programs from time to time;
  • Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
  • Trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
  • Executes and recommends personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
  • Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, or any related courses;
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as an area sales coordinator in the food service industry or equivalent professional experience;
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent in written and communication skills;
  • Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking;
  • Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
  • Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
  • Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, and a team player;
  • Comfortable working with others;
  • People oriented and can motivate and push his team towards excellence;
  • Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies.

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Saturday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
