"Engineering a better solution" is at the core of what we do. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for a Technical Engineer specializing in Geosynthetics.

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for designing, specifying, and overseeing the installation of geosynthetic solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to clients, coordinating with the construction team, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Serving as a technical expert, the engineer will also contribute to product development and improvement.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Effectively promote the company's product range to appropriate market sectors maximizing sales profits increasing market share and developing markets for newly introduced products.Meet defined targets by establishing client contacts, developing relationships, recommending appropriate solutions and closing sales.Research, analyze and develop sales opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

Identify business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, market activities and competitor activity.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending appropriate training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench-marking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.QualificationsDesign and specification skills related to geosynthetic materials

Experience with installation and site inspections of geosynthetic solutions

Strong technical support and client coordination abilities

Knowledge in project compliance and standard adherence

Ability to contribute to product development and improvement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
