Job Overview

We're enhancing our engineering capabilities by recruiting a seasoned technical lead to drive excellence and growth within our Engineering team.

This role will oversee the development of high-quality software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship. This will involve implementing and maintaining Agile methodologies, conducting regular team meetings and one-on-ones, and participating in stakeholder demos.

Your tasks will include managing technical debt, refactoring efforts, and ensuring the adoption of best practices across the team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a technical lead or similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop engineering talent.

We're looking for someone who is familiar with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, has an understanding of microservices architecture and containerization, and is experienced with continuous integration and deployment practices.

Beneficial knowledge includes experience with PHP and Laravel framework, familiarity with AWS services, knowledge of database technologies, and experience with or willingness to learn Kafka and Databricks.
