  • System Management: Oversee and maintain restaurant management systems, including POS, inventory management, and scheduling software.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement improvements to restaurant operation systems (ROS).
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Training: Provide necessary training to staff on new systems and processes.
  • Cost Management: Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze store sales and product data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Customer Experience: Contribute to the overall guest experience by optimizing operational processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for management review.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues related to restaurant operations.

QUALIFICATION

  • ⁠Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience in food industry.
