Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Trimble Estimator. The role involves performing precise quantity take-offs and estimates using Trimble software, analyzing construction and project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities also include assessing project costs, identifying potential risks, and providing detailed cost reports. The Trimble Estimator will ensure all project estimates comply with industry standards and client requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Trimble estimation software and other related tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project evaluation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and manage workload effectively
- Relevant professional certifications and/or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields are preferred
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Strong Must-Have)
Minimum of 3 years preparing project estimates and proposals
Proven Take-Off experience — materials, labor, equipment & subcontractor pricing
Ability to read/interpret architectural & structural plans and specs
Hands-on experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing estimation
Strong documentation, project-scope tracking, and monitoring skills
High attention to detail & accuracy
Experience collaborating with internal and external project partners
Critical Must-Have Tool Experience
Trimble AutoBID (practical, hands-on experience required)
