1. Ensures the Kitchen Area is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

2. Keeps all kitchen equipment properly cleaned, sanitized, and organized.

3. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of all stock items and storage areas.

4. Washes dishes, utensils, pots, bowls, and other soiled kitchenware, and ensures the dishwashing area remains clean and orderly.

5. Properly segregates, disposes of, and removes waste, ensuring all garbage is placed in designated containers.

6. Replaces garbage bags after disposal and cleans waste bins to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.

7. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage areas and workstations as required.

8. Organizes pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils appropriately to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.

9. Performs basic pest control duties.

10. Conducts minor maintenance and basic carpentry tasks within the kitchen.

11. Assists the Prep Person with opening and closing procedures, particularly regarding kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a High School graduate/SHS Graduate.
  • Willing to be assigned in SM Seaside Branch.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and reliability.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possesses a minimum of six (6) months of kitchen-related work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php560.00 per day
