The Team Leader- Logistics oversees the overall dispatching department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversees the dispatching department
  • Schedules and Monitors Out-of-Town and Downtown delivery
  • Checks and signs Delivery Summary Report (DSR),ensures total sales amount reaches the minimum peso value set by Management
  • Prepares the Delivery Expense Form (DEF)
  • Ensures that all vehicles bound for delivery are assessed through Checklist Clearance List
  • Helps oversee the maintenance of the delivery fleet
  • Addresses vehicle breakdowns and other related emergencies
  • Ensures that all stocks for delivery are securely loaded in prompt and efficient manner
  • Ensures that loading bay and dispatching area are well-maintained everyday
  • Executes the safety protocol in the dispatching area
  • Safeguards dispatching equipment and assets, including but not limited to forklifts
  • Resolves issues within the dispatching department
  • Monitors and reviews the productivity and performance of personnel within the department
  • Process Renewal to LTO and vehicle insurance
  • Submit COD money and all delivered invoices to Accounting Department (immediately)
  • Submit approved SRS slip to accounting Department.
  • Constantly check the Ready to Deliver items must be endorsed from Dispatching Checker. With a packing list.
  • Assists in other tasks as needed
