This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Team Leader in the Davao City Davao del Sur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team within our dynamic call centre and customer service environment. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coaching a team of call centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  3. Providing on-the-job training and development to upskill your team
  4. Fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive team culture
  5. Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  6. Reporting on team metrics and making recommendations to drive continuous improvement
  7. Handling complex customer queries and escalations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address performance issues
  4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  5. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
